William Hibbard was the co-founder and Music Director of the University of Iowa’s renowned Center for New Music. An award winning composer, Hibbard was honored by the American Film Institute, as a Composition Fellow at Tanglewood, by the American Composers Alliance, and by the ISCM. This anthology contains some of his finest works, some previously released on the CRI label, and some specially recorded for this collection.
